But, simply exposing your company to a large number of investors may not be in your best interest, if it results in mismatched inquiries that consume your time. You are busy building a company.

The interests of investors are as diverse as the variety of entrepreneurs seeking capital. Some investors only invest in companies that have Private Placement Memorandums, while others avoid structured deals. Some investors only consider specific industries or geographic areas. VentureVest is offering FREE, four-month listings in the database for companies that sign up by December 31, 2005.
